Parking in busy city centres is too expensive, too squishy and not ecologically sustainable.
Solution? The emission-free MINI Folding Bike, that easily fits into your boot.
It’s time to put Clover Moore’s city bike lane to good use! MINI’s new Folding Bike allows you to park outside city centres and ride into town to save time, money and the environment. It’s the perfect solution to parking space problems, not to mention saving that $50 you would pay for daily parking.
The Folding Bike has a light-weight aluminum frame and folds quickly to fit in any boot (perfectly fits in the MINI, of course), as well as being nimble enough to be taken free of charge on public transport.
Weighing just 11 kilograms, the Folding Bike is equipped with 8 gears and 20-inch wheels, making it extra zippy and versatile. Teflon-coated chains prevent chain oil soiling as well as reducing wear and tear on other parts.
Worried about the rain and poor visibility? The Folding Bike’s fitted with front and rear mudguards, as well as accompanying reflectors. Lastly and definitely most importantly, the gel saddle ensures comfort while riding (bye-bye sore ‘riding butt’).
The Folding Bike is the perfect fashion statement in smooth matte black with silver trimmings and highlights (the MINI lettering on the crossbar, brand logo on handlebars and Union Jack on rear forks).
Not enough? The neon yellow bike chain and bell are sure to tickle your fancy and have heads turning in no time.
The MINI Folding bike will be available from August 2011 on www.MINI.de/shop and at selected MINI dealers.
