To celebrate the 150th anniversary of Italy’s unification this year, two of the country’s design powerhouses have come together for a unique collaboration.
Gucci and Fiat, arguably Italy’s two most respected brands, unveiled a special edition of the iconic Fiat 500 that is the perfect combination of chicness and craftsmanship. Special because it was custom-designed by Gucci’s hot-to-trot creative director Frida Giannini.
Travelling in style is a mantra close to both brand’s hearts and that’s exactly what their auto partnership delivers. The whimsical design of the ‘500 by Gucci’ is where modern meets retro. Gucci’s signature green and red stripes run around the exterior and throughout the interior of the car. Giannini’s touch can also be seen in the satin chromes, the velvety radio board and two-toned seats with the “Guccissima” print.
Make sure you’re sitting pretty in your €17,000 purchase with the ‘500 by Gucci’ collection, which includes travel accessories, small leather goods, tracksuits, driving gloves, sunglasses and a watch.
