3 car manufacturers top the UK’s 2011 Consumer Superbrand list
The annual Consumer Superbrand survey spotlights the world’s leading brands selected by marketing experts, business professionals and thousands of UK consumers, based on what consumers want, recognise and are willing to pay a premium for.
Mercedes-Benz topped the Consumer Superbrand list, beating luxury watch brand Rolex and television network BBC for the top spot. This is the 5th year in a row that highly influential brands Google and Microsoft haven’t scored supreme position on the list.
Other car manufacturers accompanying Merc in the consumer top 10 are BMW and Jaguar. Rolls Royce Group topped the Business Superbrand list for 2011. Stats don’t lie – consider these results when making your next car purchase!
