A 2008 study by a major Australian consulting firm titled 'Benefits Outside the Square', provides an in-depth review of employee benefits within the Australian workplace paying considerable attention to the expectation of workers as opposed to employers.

A key finding from the 2008 report was the continuing disconnect between the benefits that are currently offered by employers and the benefits employees really want, particularly as they get older and closer to retirement age. MyCarBudget will automatically pay for registration renewals. Employees can then spread the cost over 8 - 12 months. For employees living in NSW, MyCarBudget can provide Compulsory Third Party cover at our corporate fleet rates.

Discount Servicing
MyCarBudget will provide your employees with access to FleetPartners OneCall. Through OneCall they will be able to arrange discounted (using FleetPartners corporate rates) car servicing, repairs and maintenance. OneCall will also review all work before it is started on your employee's vehicle, ensuring only authorised work is undertaken and paid for. Payment for this expense is then spread over the course of the year.

Discount Tyres
Using the OneCall service, MyCarBudget will give your employees access to tyres at the same rates FleetPartners pays. discount average approx 10 - 15%.

Insurance
Employees can use MyCarBudget to pay for their existing car insurance. An automatic payment can be made when the renewal is due. Alternatively they can also compare rates with the MyCarBudget preferred insurance provider.
