MyCarBudget is free to implement - The MyCarBudget team will work with you to develop a comprehensive communication plan that can be used to roll the program out to all employees no matter where they are in Australia. A combination of onsite and online communication tools will assist your employees to learn about how much they currently spend managing their car and how much easier MyCarBudget can make this.
Accessible by all of your employees - MyCarBudget does not require that your employees buy a new car. They can use their existing car, in fact they can even use MyCarBudget for a child's or even a relative's car.
No Risk - MyCarBudget has no contract term. It's a month to month arrangement where your employees can advise when they wish to leave at any time. If payments are outstanding at the time of cancellation, we will work the employee to develop an agreed repayment schedule. If the employee's budget has a positive balance, we will refund the balance to them.
Start with our basic Starter Package - Your employees can begin the program with the basic Starter Package which comes with their choice of Discount Fuel Card and free Roadside Assistance. The Discount Fuel Card includes a 6c per litre discount on any unleaded and diesel fuel purchased.
No three way agreements - The MyCarBudget agreement is a simple terms of service agreement between the employer and FleetPartners. FleetPartners then contracts directly with each employee to deliver MyCarBudget to them.
Should an employee leave the service and have an outstanding MyCarBudget balance, you will not be liable for this payment. The MyCarBudget team will work directly with the employee to organise for its repayment.
No Fringe Benefits Tax reporting - MyCarBudget is a post salary arrangement. Fringe benefits reporting is not required.
