Free Roadside Assistance
Every MyCarBugdet customer is given access to complimentary Roadside Assistance. That is 24 hour protection for your motor vehicle whenever you need it, for free!
If your motor vehicle breaks down and you need assistance, simply call 1800 333 100 at any time of the day or night and we will be there to help you.
How many calls outs can I make?
FleetPartners Road Side Assistance may be used as many times as required and is available whilst you remain a MyCarBudget customer. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year nationally. To access the service please call 1800 333 100.
Our Roadside Assistance service will:
- Cover you Australia wide. You will be serviced by the local state based service provider being RACV - Vic, NRMA - NS/ACT, RACQ - Qld, RAA - Sth Aust, RACWA - W Aust, RACT - Tas, AANT - NT.
- Assist you in the event of a mechanical breakdown.
- Tow your vehicle to the nearest approved repairer if it has broken down and cannot be started. If after hours, your vehicle will be towed to a holding yard, and moved to an approved repairer the next working day.
- Provide you with $5 worth of fuel if vehicle has run out.
- Replace your flat tyre for you. If your spare tyre is unserviceable, we will organise for your car to be towed to the nearest approved repairer.
- Open your vehicle if you’ve lost your keys, or locked them in the vehicle. Arrange for a locksmith or other appropriate action, i.e. tow to repairer, if required.
- Jump-start your vehicle if your battery is flat or arrange battery replacement. (Cost of battery will apply)
- Assist you with arranging a relief vehicle. (Charges may apply for cost of rental.)
- Arrange for the replacement of windscreen or glass in the event of breakage. (Cost of glass may apply)
- Provide assistance where accommodation may be required.
- Assist you to organise alternative transport, i.e. taxi.
- Provide assistance with trailers.
Note: Costs associated with a new battery, new car keys, rental vehicle fares, taxi fares or accommodation are not included and will be charged for separately to your MyCarBudget. Any services required due to accident or driver miss-use is not covered, including freeing bogged vehicles. Your vehicle must be attended in order to be provided with service.
