So you have signed up to MyCarBudget and now want to know how to use your fuel card, pay for your registration or insurance, book your car in for a service or repair, or contact our Roadside Assistance service. Read on for all of the answers.

Discount Fuel Card

As a MyCarBudget customer, you can use your selected fuel card to pay for fuel, oil and car wash at authorised service stations. MyCarBudget customers receive a flat 6c per litre discount* on any unleaded or diesel fuels purchased. To access the discount you don’t have to carry any discount dockets with you, simply pay for your fuel purchase with your nominated fuel card. As the discount is a wholesale discount, it will not appear on your receipt. You will see the discount on your monthly statement. Find out which outlets will accept your Caltex, Shell or BP fuel card.

*6c per litre discount applies to the displayed retail pump price and is limited to unleaded fuels and diesel (not LGP).

Registration Renewal

If you have nominated to include your registration renewal within your MyCarBudget package, simply provide us with a copy of your renewal notice by fax or email 14 days prior to its renewal date and we will use your budget to make payment directly to the relevant authority.

Where your vehicle requires a statutory inspection, you will need to arrange this prior to asking us to pay for your renewal. Renewed registration labels will be issued to you directly by the relevant authority.

If your vehicle is registered in Victoria, you will be participating in the Electronic Fleet Registration Scheme (EFRS), and receive an EFRS label (as a replacement for your registration sticker) which is to be affixed to the windscreen of your vehicle for the life of your MyCarBudget package. This means no more having to change labels.

Discount Servicing, Repairs & Tyres

If your MyCarBugdet package includes discount servicing and/or discount tyres, you will have direct access to FleetPartners OneCall. OneCall manages the servicing and maintenance of your vehicle. You can trust the FleetPartners preferred network of quality, approved service providers to look after the service and repair of your vehicle. OneCall can be used to purchase:

  • Scheduled vehicle servicing with our network of approved OneCall partners
  • Tyre replacement
  • Mechanical vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Windscreen repair or replacement at the drivers preferred location
  • Valet pick up and delivery service for inner metropolitan and selected regional locations

One Call can be accessed by calling 1800 333 100 or online via our new service OneClick.

Roadside Assistance

Every MyCarBugdet customer is given access to complimentary Roadside Assistance. That is 24 hour protection for your motor vehicle whenever you need it. If your motor vehicle breaks down and you need assistance, simply call 1800 333 100 at any time of the day and we will be there to help you.

Insurance

If you have nominated to include insurance with your MyCarBudget package, simply fax us your motor vehicle insurance renewal notice 14 days prior to renewal and we will make payment on your behalf directly to your insurer. Please ensure that the payment options are either EFT or BPAY. Note we are unable to pay a renewal notice where we are also required to accept a "Duty of Disclosure" on your behalf (usually associated with an online payment).

Adding New Options to MyCarBudget

Adding new options to your MyCarBudget package is simple. Just give us a call on 1300 710 629 or email us at info@mycarbudget.com.au and let us know which option you wish to add to your budget and how much you wish to budget. We will then send you an email confirmation of the changes. Once you have approved the changes we will update your budget and you are ready to use your new MyCarBudget options.
